          Name: roasted sturgeon head
          Ingredient: half a sturgeon head, about 1000g.  
          Seasoning ingredients: ginger 10g, cilantro 5g, cooking wine 20g, pepper powder 1g, salt 5g, gourmet powder 3.5g, home-made sauce 50g.
          Preparation:
          1.Clean the fish head, marinate with seasoning ingredients.
          2.Smear home-made sauce on to the fish head, roast for one hour in the oven at 200 Celsius degree, during which time apply oil on the surface every 20 minutes.
          3.Put on a plate and serve.
          This dish features a special taste and aspect.
