          Name: Laoganma chili fish intestine
         Main ingredients: sturgeon intestine 200g.
          Other ingredients: garlic sprouts 50g, red pepper 20g, green pepper 20g.
          Preparations:
          1.Clean intestine and cut into small strips, blanch until cooked.
          2.Cut all other ingredients into strips.
          3.Stir fry all ingredients.
          4.Add stir fried Laoganma chili sauce, a small amount of brown soy sauce and yellow wine, stir fry until cooked.

         This dish features chili fragrance and crispy texture.
