          Name: crystal fish jelly
          Main ingredients: sturgeon maw 300g.
          Other ingredients: egg yolk cake 20g, red pepper 10g, green pepper 10g, jelly powder 5g, ginger 10g, cooking wine 10g, ham 10g.
          Preparation:
          1.Clean the fish maw and cut into threads.
