          Name: roasted sturgeon bone skewer
          Main ingredients: sturgeon bone 200g.
          Other ingredients: bay leaves 5g, home-made chili sauce 10g, brown soy sauce 20g, ginger 10g, dried pepper 20g, sand ginger powder 5g, cumin powder, mushroom, and onion.
          Preparation:
          1.Cut sturgeon bone into pieces.
          2.Put bone pieces and the other ingredients in a high pressure pot, cook for 15 minutes.
          3.Skewer the bone pieces, mushroom, and onion alternatively, deep fry the skewer until the color is gold. Put skewers on a plate and spread cumin powder all over.
