The company held a postdoctoral thesis proposal review meeting on September 20th 2016. Dr. Jiang Yanliang who graduated from Fishery Sciences of Auburn University became the first postdoctoral researcher of the company. Dr. Jiang made a thesis proposal presentation named “Sturgeon Genome Resource Development and Application” to explain the significance, feasibility, and research plan of the project. The proposal was approved of unanimously by the review committee.
After the review meeting, a solemn opening ceremony of the postdoctoral research station was held in front of the office building. The ceremony was attended by Dr. Jiang Yanliang, deputy county magistrate of Chunan Mr. Jiang Huaping, postdoctoral station collaborating advisor dean of Ningbo University Ocean College Wang Chunlin, director of Chunan Human Resource and Social Security Bureau Jiang Lingqiang, Hangzhou Qiandaohu Development Group Co. Ltd. deputy general manager He Guangxi, and postdoctoral workstation collaborating advisor Xunlong company general manager Wang Bin, etc. A breakthrough in employing and training of high level assets, the establishment of the postdoctoral workstation shall certainly invigorate the company’s technology innovation by connecting production, science, and research.
