On September 4^th~5^th 2016, G20 summit was held in Hangzhou. Aside from the achievements made by the summit, small details such as clothing of world leaders and menu of state banquets also attracted many eyes. On the G20 banquet on 4^th in Xizi Hotel, 15-year Beluga Caviar produced by Quzhou Kaluga Queen appeared as a cold dish before the world leaders.

Beluga is the top luxury variety of sturgeon. The Beluga Caviar selected by the G20 summit was mainly supplied to state guests in Xizi Hotel and Xihu State Guest House.
