Based on the earlier intelligent liquid oxygen model, the company made a series of experiments to overcome its shortcomings of complicated control, excessive oxygen consumption, expensive maintenance and parts, etc.. The experiments provided sufficient data to indicate the feasibility of manual control, which not only simplifies operation and maintenance, but also reduces non-recurring investment by 50%, and maintenance cost by 90%. This time, 10 manual liquid oxygen systems were installed, as well as a 20 m3 liquid oxygen storage tank, covering the upper half pools of Garden sub farm, and all pools of Xunlong Road sub farm. Test runs were made. Initial results show technical goals are met.
