After Xunlong became the holding company of Jiangxi Ruoxi, it decided to build a sturgeon processing plant in the Wuning Industrial Zone of Jiangxi Province, as well as an academician station and research facility in Tanbu peninsula. A team were sent previously for investigation of geography, planning, and local policy before the negotiation with Wuning government on investment contract. With agreement made between the parties, Xunlong general manager Wang Bin and deputy manager Xia Yongtao went to Wuning and attended the investment contract signing ceremony on Jul 6^th 2015.
